    Spring is here and Festivals are starting to take place... We recently held the Cocoa Fest, which was a great experience, and we are having the Mole Festival in May. Additionally, we are already planning the Hamburger Fest, which will take place in June!
    Festivals help us providing different experiences to our guests and creating presence on social media.

    Autumn is here! Nogada (walnut sauce) Chili peppers, Mole and Ceviche Festivals season is here. We witnessed for the first time ever the Heart of Mexico Food and Wine Festival that was held at the end of September in all the company resorts of the Mexican Caribbean.

    The legend says that the Augustinian nuns of the Convent of Santa Monica wanted to feast Agustin de Iturbide offering an original dish with the three colors of the Mexican Flag. Thus, the plate has the green on the chili, white in the walnut sauce and the red in the granada grains.
